Samson’s specialties include the Energy, Oil & Gas markets, while well-known for identifying key, high-caliber performers across a myriad of functions focused on Leadership, Executive and C-suite levels.
Since 2010, Samson has driven high-performing teams consistently to meet project demands/schedules and customer needs on a global level. Skilled in EPC particularly in EOR, sales contract negotiations and execution to support/protect the company’s interests. Well-versed in continuous improvement and business development, building business relationships and managing accounts to cultivate impactful partnerships. Adept in data analysis and change management by assessing processes/operations, identifying solutions/improvements, and managing the change.
In earlier years after his arrival in Oman, Samson has helped build teams in aggressive sales planning, supervision, and leading of projects from initial to final concept of successful completion. Proactively led the team for project budgets, sales, and market segments at some of the trading organizations in the Sultanate while ensuring alignment of contract execution as per the tender requirements. Directed various chemical contracts section for business and corporate functions and supported the modification of existing model contracts to serve/protect company’s objectives.
